KTM 125/144/150/200 Power Valve Pin Lock Plates
- Exclusive to Solid Performance, these power valve pin lock plates prevent the premature wear common with the cheap OEM lock plates on all KTM 125-200cc displacement models.
- The OEM lock plates are made from loose fitting soft stamped sheet metal, allowing vibration to wear the plates and pin heads down until the pins eventually loose their critical position relative to the main power valve flap. In some cases causing the PV flap to lock up.
- Each PV lock plate plate is precision laser cut from 7 Gauge 304SS plate, deburred & tumbled to create an exacting lock fit for the 8mm PV pin heads.
- In most cases the added plate thickness can also allow for the re-use of worn PV pin’s that would otherwise require costly replacement.
- Fits all KTM 125, 144, 150 and 200 XC/XC/SX models.
- Each kit is supplied with (2) lock plates and (2) longer M5 mounting bolts.
