Asking riders a preference when it comes to suspension is almost like asking which motor oil or air filter oil is the best.  It's a loaded question and everyone is going to have a different opinion on it.  In this video, Gnarly Routes rider and guide, Cole Kirkpatrick, dives into the suspension options for the KTM XC-W and EXC-F range of bikes and compares three different forks and two shocks, all tuned and setup by Solid Performance.   When it comes to suspension, even OEM equipment, always remember to check your sag frequently and to always service your suspension according to the intervals in the owners manual.  Having an understanding of what the various clicker adjustments do will also allow you to better dial in your suspension.  Don't be afraid to make clicker adjustments on the trail and always take notes so that you have a base setting to return to.
